The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD) will hold its 11th annual Cosmetic Innovators of the Year (CITY) Awards on July 13th at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, during Cosmoprof North America.

The event will feature these three esteemed beauty business leaders (pictured above, in this order): Beth Minardi of Minardi Color; George W. Schaeffer of Aloxxi International; and Harlan Kirschner of The Kirschner Group.

Beth Minardi of Minardi Color has dedicated her career to elevating salon hair color to an art form. Minardi is an internationally acclaimed celebrity hair colorist, educator, and product consultant, and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the North American Hairstyling Awards. ln 2011, she was honored with the Professional Beauty Association’s lcon Award.

George W. Schaeffer of Aloxxi International, has elevated the brand within the professional hair care industry, as well as to consumers around the world.
